These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of LogHub (“Service”), provided by LogHub, a cloud logging service. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and/or using LogHub, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and any related policies, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use LogHub, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and you must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account on app.loghub.cloud. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Usage Rights

LogHub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for personal or business purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, user accounts, or computer systems.
  • Distribute, modify, or reproduce any part of the Service without our explicit consent.

5. Payments and Billing

LogHub uses Paddle as the payment processor. All billing and payment terms are handled securely by Paddle. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the applicable subscription fees, billing terms, and renewal policies set forth at the time of purchase.

6. Refund Policy

LogHub offers a 48-hour money-back guarantee on all purchases. Refunds are processed through Paddle, and users are eligible for a full refund if requested within 48 hours of purchase. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to the collection, processing, and storage of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the Service, including trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by LogHub or its licensors. You may not use or reproduce any intellectual property from the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Service Availability

LogHub strives to provide continuous, reliable access to the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogHub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. You acknowledge that the Service is provided “as-is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

You agree to indemnify and hold LogHub, its affiliates, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or costs, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of this Agreement.

12. Modifications to the Terms

LogHub reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Service after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Company Information

LogHub is operated by 1aWebmarketing Webdesign & Marketing. By using this Service, you acknowledge that all agreements, billing, and service operations are managed by 1aWebmarketing Webdesign & Marketing, which is the legal entity behind LogHub.

14. Termination

LogHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of Hanover, Germany.
